About Me

I have over 20 years’ experience working in HR roles across different size businesses and mix of industries including Media, Tech, Publishing and Management Consultancy. During that time, I’ve built up extensive HR knowledge and expertise, excellent people skills and good commercial understanding. I have always felt passionate about supporting people to personally grow and develop with the positive returns this brings for both the employee and for the productivity of the business. Honing in on this passion, in 2018 I trained to become a coach and in 2019 I took the leap of faith to set up my own practice, CoachPath Ltd, focusing on coaching and HR consultancy.

I made the decision to set up on my own, to create a more enjoyable work life blend and focus on my strengths and what I enjoy doing the most. I encourage my coaching clients to do the same, focusing on their strengths and with what most motivates them to create their own success. I very much enjoy working across both disciplines and the variety it provides.

I have an LLB Hons Law Degree and Masters in Personnel & Development and I am a certified member of the Association of Coaching (AC) and member of the CIPD for over 20 years. I regularly attend AC Co-Coaching forums, am fully supervised, DSB checked and sign up to the Global Code of Ethics for coaches and mentors.

Outside of coaching and consultancy, I love to travel, am a lifelong bookworm, a natural organiser, enjoy yoga and running and love getting outdoors with a friend, child, podcast or the slightly bonkers family dog!
